How much does it cost to call your Telephone number?

Unlike any other non geographic number range, calls to 03 numbers must also be included in any inclusive call minute packages or discount schemes offered by fixed and mobile network operators and from payphones. The cost from a BT Landline should be £0.03 per minute Day or Evening (this price is provided as a guideline), calls from other networks may vary.

How do I pay with Paypal if I do not have a Paypal account?

You no longer require a Paypal Account, when you go to Paypal to complete your transaction, you will be given an opportunity to register with paypal, however you can skip this stage and pay for your goods without completing this step. (having a paypal account does have benefits including protection for you as a consumer).

Why do I have to register to buy from your website?

In order for Edenfires.co.uk to complete your transaction we require your details including your name, address, email and telephone number, this is used to process the order for you, we further ask you for a password in order for you to keep up to date on our website on the progress of your order.

If at anytime you wish to remove your details from our website after your order has been processed, you can request for your information to be wiped. (remove@edenfires.co.uk) Please include your details in the email so that we can identify your account.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Why are some of your products listed as POA?

Some products are listed as POA (Price on advice) because the product is too technical to sell online, and requires advice from a sales consultant who will be able to advise on fitting and suitability of the fire for your home. Some fires are also prohibited from being sold online due to manufacturers restriction which would invalidate warranties, in these cases we are able to sell these fires over the phone via our retail outlet.
